Room displays	These are individual displays that you place by meeting rooms, auditoriums etc.  Each display connects to one resource object in your calendaring system.  The content of this display is primarily the schedule of the room for the day.
Servers	This is a core component of the Door Tablet system and is required for every installation.  Usually, you would only require one server.  However, large organisations may wish to obtain additional servers.  These are beneficial for disaster recovery, testing, training and accommodating multiple scheduling systems.
Enterprise Servers	An alternative to the Servers above, the Enterprise servers are designed for organizations with 15 rooms or more, or those distributed over multiple locations. For details about the difference between the servers please consult the full features list, available here.
Wayfinding displays	These displays are typically placed in central areas showing the status of a collection of rooms, known as "neighborhoods".  Each display you place requires a license even if the display points at the same neighborhood.  There are a variety of displays: Welcome, Schedule, Slide Show, Cluster, Floor Plan and Airport.
Cluster displays	A Cluster Display provides interactive services similar to the single room display. However, it differs as it shows multiple rooms or meeting spaces (e.g. hot-desks) in a time-bar style.  You do not have to license a Cluster Display if all its members are already licensed.
Floor Plans displays	An interactive display that visually represents the floor where rooms are.  In order to use this display, each of the rooms (or hot-desks) used must be licensed.  In addition, a wayfinding display license is necessary for the actual floor plan.  It is common to purchase the ABX for the floor plan display.
Airport displays	A public display that shows meetings in a manner similar to flight arrivals or departures.  When all rooms are displayed on a single screen, it is required to purchase a single Public Display license.  If you use the Multi-Screen feature each screen requires a Public Display license.  Each display you place requires a license even if the display points at the same neighborhood.

Hot-desks displays	"Hot-desks" are resources which are reserved in the same manner as rooms.  If you choose to license a resource in Door Tablet as a Hot-desk, you can only interact with it on a Cluster Display.  A Hot-desk license cannot be used in a Room Display (dedicated tablet display).
Meeting Center	A Meeting Center is an installation type that does not require a connection from the Door Tablet server to other scheduling systems.  The Door Tablet system is "Stand Alone" and all bookings are performed via the Door Tablet Web UI calendar or using one of the interactive displays.
Multiple APIs	Door Tablet offers a range of APIs (Application Programming Interface).  These allow organisations to read and update the Door Tablet data using API calls.  With these APIs you will also be updating the back-end booking system, using simple API calls.  Current APIs are available for Microsoft Exchange On-prem, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Graph, Google G Suite and IBM Domino.
DTSI	The Door Tablet Standard Interface module is licensed in addition to the standard server.  Please ask us for a quote.  You can read about the DTSI Architecture and how to implement it.
Door Tablet AIO hardware	For Single Room displays.  The Door Tablet AIO has been the most popular hardware since the beginning of 2016 .  We deliver AIOs worldwide with clients in 26 countries.  You may purchase the AIO in silver or black with standard one-year warranty or extend it by one or two years.  Motion sensors can be paired with the Door Tablet AIO.
Door Tablet ABX hardware	For wayfinding displays we offer the Door Tablet ABX.  The ABX connects to a large display using two cables, HDMI for the visual element, and USB for touch.  Typical uses for interactive displays are the cluster or floor-plan displays.
Door Tablet CIR hardware	Desk based display for companies who require hot desking features (DSK).  The Door Tablet CIR devices are also used by the Door Tablet NU software, when used in front of non bookable spaces.  Motion sensors can be paired with the Door Tablet CIR.
Motion Sensors hardware	Door Tablet offers three types of network sensors, and the most popular is PoE-based.  The sensors integrate with the local Door Tablet app assigned to the room where the sensor is installed.  Sensors offer additional automation: Automatic Sign-in, Automatic Termination, Active state for un-bookable rooms or other meeting spaces.

Annual Maintenance

The Quotation Tool shows the value of the maintenance charge after the first year of using Door Tablet at present day pricing. The figure will be calculated at the time your renewal ends and will be subject to price changes and currency fluctuations.
